Shipping Methods
We will ship to any address anywhere in the world. We will even ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. The latter must be done via USPS but anywhere else can be done by USPS or UPS. We ALWAYS mark our shipments as "signature required" and add insurance to them. This is to protect both you and us. The insurance provides us a way to recoup any losses incurred because of damage during shipping. The Signature required ensures we know who got your package and that it doesn't just get left on your front porch to be stolen. It doesn't matter who signs for it but it gives us the ability to tell you who signed for it if it shows delivered but you don't have it.
Shipping Damage
All products sold by USA Bike Motors.com are shipped in "NEW" condition. Inspect all packages for damage (in the drivers presence if possible), immediately upon receipt. Have the driver note any damages on the shipping documents before signing for them. If undetected damage is discovered after the driver has gone, notify the carrier immediately so that they may inspect the package. Be sure to retain all packaging. Please call USABikeMotors.com at (520) 777-0924 so that we may assist with the damage claim.
Return Policy
USABikeMotors.com will allow a return on products that are in new condition and are in the original packaging. "New condition" means that the product has not been charged, installed, fueled, started or ridden. Customers must call (520) 777-0924 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) BEFORE shipping the product back to USABikeMotors.com.
Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned without an RMA or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to being refused. All non-defective returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any actual shipping cost incurred by USA Bike Motors.com in the original delivery of the merchandise to the customer, whether included as part of the original total purchase price or offered as a "Free Shipping" promotion, will also be deducted from refunds.
Merchandise that has been charged, installed, fueled, started or ridden is considered "USED". Used products may be returned for warranty repair or replacement ONLY!
