I apologize for the
inconvenience but UPS has decided these packages are bowing during
shipment somehow and are adjusting the dimensions on me and as such
causing the dimensional weight to go up as well as the actual shipping
rate. Furthermore they are hitting me with the $50 "Large Package"
surcharge for each bike that goes out due to the larger dimensions. UPS
will not budge on their decisions so I have no choice but to increase
the weight stated to match the new dimensional weight and also add in
the $50 surcharge as a handling fee.
This complete bike includes the bike as described below and a 66cc standard finish engine. The standard finish engine is the only one available for this bike at this time. We do not have enough stock of the other engines to offer them in the kit. The engine will already be mounted on the bike and ready to ride. It will be partially disassembled (front wheel removed and handlebar stem pulled out) to fit it in the box for shipping, therefore minor assembly will be required.
