Directions and Hours

Freedom Bikes USA does operate a retail storefront that you can come to but it is a little difficult to find. There is no sign out by the road and the building they are in will NOT be visible from the road. Therefor the easiest thing to do is to give you directions instead of relying on finding us by the address only.

We are located in Northwest Tucson at the intersection of Ruthrauff and LaCholla. At that intersection with be a Valero gas station on the South East corner and a Walmart on the South West corner, we are on the Valero corner. Next to the Valero you will see an office complex with Concentra Urgent Care and Swade Barbershop in front. The builings here are numbered away from the street so our building (2025) will not be visible from the roadway. The building number you will see is 2005, turn in here. Our building, 2025, is the third building back and we are in suite 125/121. You can also come in from LaCholla if you miss the driveway on Ruthrfauff (there are two on each roadway). The best driveway to use on LaCholla is the second one, the one farthest from Valero. You should see a Fastenal sign attached to the safety railing at the driveway. Turn in there and go towards Fastenal, turn left and go to the next building down.

Likewise you can also go to Google maps yourself and search for "usabikemotors.com" and it will pull up our listing. The link to the map is in our name in the previous sentence.

Freedom Bikes retail office and phone hours are as follows:
Tuesday to Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 4 PM
Sunday and Monday: Closed

USABikeMotors.com phone hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 4 PM
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Keep in mind we are in Arizona, we do not follow Daylight Savings Time. If you call and we don't answer check the time to be sure we are open. Our time in relation to everyone else floats. Our official time is Mountain Standard time but during the summer we line up with Pacific time. This can cause some confusion when people try and call us only to find out we don't open for another hour.
